What is SOS?
SOS is a single point of contact that appoints the right accredited specialist, electrician, gas engineer, plumber or builder, and stays accountable for the outcome from first call to handover. Our specialists are experts in their individual trades, holding the qualifications, registrations and accreditations required for the work they undertake. Together, they bring experience across residential, commercial, retail and hospitality settings throughout London.
Every engineer and contractor we appoint holds the registration required for their trade: Gas Safe, NAPIT or NICEIC, and the equivalent for every other trade we cover. Only accredited people are appointed to site, whichever address that happens to be.

Who we are
John has spent over 30 years delivering projects across the public and private sectors, including local authority housing maintenance, reactive repairs, planned maintenance, major refurbishments, commercial fit-outs and hospitality projects across London and the South East. SOS was set up to bring that experience, and the relationships built along the way, under a single point of contact.
SOS works through a network of accredited engineers and contractors, appointed, coordinated and held accountable by SOS.
